Pittsburgh Pirates Organizational Probable Pitching Chart

Below is a chart that tracks the probable starters for every level of the system. The chart lists the announced starters for each team (normal font), all while projecting the starters through the rest of the current month (italics). Games shaded in gold are home games. A lot can change with the future projections. One rain out pushes everyone back a day. An injury could shake up the rotation or add a new starter. Any given team could skip a starter. The goal of this chart is to provide a long-term preview of who could be starting on any given day.

Going to an Altoona game at the end of the month? Thinking about catching one of the affiliates when they’re on the road in your town? The chart will give you the projection. Want to see which Indianapolis pitchers match up against pitchers in the major league rotation? You’ll be able to track that too. The chart will be updated on a daily basis. When the starter is officially announced by the team, his status on the chart will reflect the change.
