The Pittsburgh Pirates have signed Ronny Cedeno for $1.125 M for the 2010 season, according to Dejan Kovacevic of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.  Cedeno was entering his second year of arbitration, and accepted the $1.125 M to settle his arbitration price.  Cedeno made $822,500 in 2009, his first year of arbitration.
