Pirates 2012 International Spending Recap

Ben Badler of Baseball America, released his recap of the Pirates 2012 International spending today. According to Eduardo Ceccato of El Tiempo, the Pittsburgh Pirates have signed Venezuelan outfielder Alexis Bastardo. The article says that Bastardo is a 6.4-6.5 runner with a 60 arm.
