Anthony Claggett and Steven Jackson clear waivers

According to Jennifer Langosch and Dejan Kovacevic, relief pitchers Steven Jackson and Anthony Claggett have both cleared waivers and have been outrighted to AAA.  Both pitchers will be non-roster invitees for Spring Training.  The Spring Training tracker has been updated to reflect this, with 62 players now expected to be in camp.
