Charlie Morton Removed From Start With Right Shoulder Tightness

Charlie Morton was making a rehab start tonight with the Indianapolis Indians, but was removed after three innings and 49 pitches. The Pirates announced that he was removed due to right shoulder tightness. No other word on the injury. Morton gave up one unearned run on two walks and no hits, with one strikeout. He threw 49 pitches and 23 strikes.
