Evan Meek to the DL, Tim Wood Called Up

The Pittsburgh Pirates have placed right handed pitcher Evan Meek on the 15-day disabled list, and have purchased the contract of right handed pitcher Tim Wood from Indianapolis.  To make room for Wood on the roster, the Pirates have transferred Chris Snyder to the 60-day disabled list.
