Minor Moves: Cole Officially Promoted; Restocking Indianapolis

The Pirates called up five players today, which led to roster shuffling in the upper levels of the minors to fill those empty spots in Indianapolis. **Gerrit Cole was officially promoted to Indianapolis to make his Triple-A debut tonight. **Kris Johnson was also promoted to Indianapolis. **Miguel Perez and Logan Kensing were activated from the Triple-A disabled list.
