Ryan Doumit Reinstated, Eric Fryer Optioned

The Pittsburgh Pirates have reinstated catcher Ryan Doumit from the 60-day disabled list, the team announced today.  To make room on the active roster, the Pirates have optioned Eric Fryer to AAA.  No roster move is needed to clear a spot on the 40-man roster, as there was an open spot from Lyle Overbay being designated for assignment.
