Pirates Sign Jared Goedert

The Pittsburgh Pirates have signed infielder Jared Goedert to a minor league deal, according to Ken Rosenthal. Goedert spent seven years in the Cleveland farm system, splitting the 2012 season between Double-A and Triple-A. In Triple-A last year he hit for a .279/.331/.460 line in 326 at-bats with 14 homers.
