Michael Crotta promoted to Indianapolis

The Pittsburgh Pirates have promoted starting pitcher Michael Crotta from Altoona to Indianapolis today, according to Dejan Kovacevic.  Crotta was scheduled to start tonight for Altoona, but was replaced by Jared Hughes.
