Kevin Correia Signing Announced

The Pittsburgh Pirates announced the signing of Kevin Correia today, a week after they agreed to terms with the free agent right hander.  The delay between the agreement and the signing was expected, due to Correia’s wife having a baby last week.  Before Correia is added to the 40-man roster, a spot needs to be opened up, since the 40-man roster is currently full.
