Earlier today it looked like Kevin Hart would be the starting pitcher tomorrow for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Spring Training Battles: Starting Rotation

Last year the downfall of the Pirates was the starting rotation, which led the Pirates to the worst ERA in the NL, and the 28th ranked ERA in the majors.
