Pirates trade Virgil Vasquez to Rays for PTBNL

The Pittsburgh Pirates have traded Virgil Vasquez to the Tampa Bay Rays for a player to be named later, according to Rob Biertempfel of the Trib.  Last night Dejan Kovacevic tweeted that the Pirates were in “very minor” trade talks with the Rays, and that the deal could include Vasquez.
