Eveland’s stuff is about as underwhelming as you will see in the big leagues. His fastball sits in the upper 80’s, occasionally cracking the 90 MPH barrier. He also throws a mid 80’s slider, a low 80’s changeup and an upper 70’s curveball. None of his pitches are particularly sharp, and all are very hittable. Eveland does not have great control either, as he has generally posted below average walk rates in the majors.
