The Pittsburgh Pirates have outrighted relief pitcher Wirfin Obispo to Indianapolis after he cleared waivers. Obispo was designated for assignment last week when the Pirates picked up catcher Ramon Cabrera off waivers. Obispo has been with Indianapolis since being picked up off waivers on June 1st from the Atlanta Braves. In 25.2 innings over 23 appearances, he has a 3.16 ERA and 24 strikeouts.
