Notes: Duncan hasn’t had the best year so far, but put together a strong outing this past time out, throwing seven shutout innings. This followed three starts where he combined for 14 earned runs in 15 innings. He’s going to need more outings like the previous one in order to stay in the rotation through the end of the month, especially with Clay Holmes projected to return to the rotation in early June.
