Live Discussion: Pirates vs Marlins, 7:05 PM

The Pittsburgh Pirates (61-78) take on the Miami Marlins (49-89) for three games at PNC Park this week. The Pirates will send out Dario Agrazal, who is making his 11th start. He has a 4.50 ERA in 54 innings, with 27 strikeouts and a 1.33 WHIP. Agrazal allowed three runs on nine hits in five innings against the Colorado Rockies in his last start. His prior start was at PNC Park, where he gave up four runs over five innings versus the Cincinnati Reds. Agrazal faced the Marlins in his pro debut and he allowed two earned runs over four innings back on June 15th.

The Marlins are countering with 24-year-old right-hander Elieser Hernandez, who has a 5.06 ERA in 69.1 innings, with 68 strikeouts and a 1.23 WHIP. He surrendered four runs over six innings against the Washington Nationals in his last start. Hernandez has pitched much better at home, posting a 4.12 ERA in Miami and a 6.30 ERA on the road. He did not face the Pirates when these two teams met in June.
