SCOUTING REPORT
Killian was a part of one of the most unbalanced trades in recent history, when he was acquired by the Texas Rangers along with Adam Eaton and Akinori Otsuka in a deal that sent Adrian Gonzalez and Chris Young to the San Diego Padres.  Killian has yet to make it out of A-ball, except for seven at-bats in AAA in 2004.  That’s mostly because of his poor hitting, even at the lower levels.  He will serve as catcher depth at the lower levels.
